Reach out to us with your crewing requirements, vessel details, and any specific preferences you have in mind. This initial contact is the beginning of a partnership dedicated to your yacht's success.
Personalized Consultation
Our team will promptly respond to your email and arrange a consultation. We believe in tailoring our services to your unique needs. During this conversation, we'll discuss your crew requirements in detail, ensuring we understand your specific needs.
Accept Our Terms
Following the consultation, we'll provide you with our Terms & Conditions. Please review and accept these terms to formalize our partnership. These terms outline the responsibilities and expectations of both parties, ensuring transparency.
Crew Selection
With your crewing needs clearly defined, we'll present you with a selection of highly qualified yacht crew candidates. You'll have the opportunity to review resumes, qualifications, and experience to make informed decisions.
Placement Facilitation
Once you've identified the ideal crew members for your vessel, we'll handle the placement process. We take care of all the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for both you and the crew. This step is designed to make your life easier.
Payment and Fees
Our fee policy is transparent and straightforward:
- Full-time Placements (Crew employed for over 6 months):
90% of one month's gross salary.
- Seasonal Placements (Crew employed for 2 to 6 months):
70% of one month's gross salary.
Temporary Placements (Crew employed up to 2 months):
40% of the accumulated salary earned, with a minimum charge of £300.
All placement fees are VAT-exempt
Placement Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our placements. In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances within the specified warranty period (90 days), we'll work closely with you to find suitable solutions, as outlined in our placement warranty.

With your skilled and dedicated crew in place, you can relax and enjoy smooth sailing. Our commitment to your success extends beyond placement. We'll check in with the crew member to provide support consistently and make sure you are happy with the placement as the years go by.
